The fastest way to see what LetterScript does with a real transaction is to not start with your own.
Create it
On the Transactions page, click Sample deal (top right, next to Import from FUB). LetterScript builds a complete Berkeley transaction for you — 26 documents across the full lifecycle, a populated POS disclosure checklist, and auto-derived deadlines. The button hides while a sample deal is on your board and comes back if you delete it.
What to look at
Open the sample deal and walk the tabs:
- Overview — the Deal record: address, APN, sale price, earnest money, party roles, and key dates, all extracted from the documents.
- Documents — the uploaded set and the POS disclosure checklist showing which required forms are collected.
- Timeline — the Important dates derived from the purchase agreement and counter offers.
- Requirements — the point-of-sale items the property triggers, by jurisdiction and hazard.
- Chat — ask the deal assistant something like "What's required to close this deal?" and watch it cite the documents.
It's free to explore
The sample deal doesn't count against your transaction balance, and you can delete it anytime. When you're done exploring, create a deal of your own.
