Encryption everywhere
Your documents are encrypted the moment they leave your browser and stay encrypted the entire time we hold them — in transit over TLS, and at rest in encrypted storage and databases.
Anyone who pulled a disk or tapped the wire would get unreadable ciphertext — never your clients' files.
AI that doesn't keep your data
LetterScript reads your documents with Amazon Bedrock, Amazon's enterprise AI service. Bedrock does not store your documents or use them to train its models — and neither do we.
Your contracts, disclosures, and client details are processed to build your deal and nothing more. They're never used to train any AI model, and never shared with anyone to improve theirs.
Private to you
Your workspace is private to your account — no one else sees your deals unless you choose to share them. Sign in with your Google, Microsoft, or Apple account — or with an email and password. If you use a password, we store only a salted bcrypt hash of it, never the password itself.
Access to the systems that hold customer data is tightly restricted and used only to operate and support the product.
Built on trusted infrastructure
LetterScript runs entirely on Amazon Web Services in the United States. The database lives inside an isolated private network, is never exposed to the public internet, and its backups are encrypted.
We monitor the platform around the clock and run regular security reviews of our own code and infrastructure.
Your data, your rights
We're a service provider, not a data broker. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with agents, lenders, or anyone else involved in your transactions.
You can delete your documents at any time, and deleting your account removes your data from our live systems right away — it ages out of our automated encrypted backups within 14 days. We honor privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Payments handled by Stripe
Billing runs through Stripe, a certified payments provider. Your card details go straight to Stripe — LetterScript never sees or stores your card number.
