What is the difference between a Fast and Deep Query?

Fast Queries use an instant, lightweight model perfect for summarizing a single document or pulling quick data points. Deep Queries route your question through our elite reasoning models, searching your entire workspace to synthesize complex, cross-document answers.

Is my data used to train the AI?

Absolutely not. LetterScript is built on private enterprise infrastructure. We have strict, contractual Zero-Data Training guarantees. Your documents are encrypted, and neither we nor our AI providers ever use your data to train models.

How does billing work for Team workspaces?

Team workspaces are billed per seat. When you create a Team, you pool your resources together (e.g., a 3-seat Team shares 30,000 AI Pages per month). The Team Owner receives one consolidated monthly invoice.

Can I cancel or downgrade at any time?

Yes. You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, or cancel entirely through our self-serve Stripe portal in your workspace settings. If you cancel, you keep your premium limits until the end of your current billing cycle.
