What counts as a transaction?
One transaction is one deal — a single property file you work end to end. Creating a deal uses one transaction credit; exploring the built-in sample deal is always free and never counts.
Why per transaction instead of a subscription?

How many people can work on one transaction?
Up to 25 collaborators per deal — a co-agent, transaction coordinator, lender, escrow officer — at no extra cost. Collaborators share the documents, deadlines, disclosures, and assistant; the deal's email inbox stays with the deal owner. One price, whole team or just you.
Do my transactions expire?
No. They stay in your balance until you open a deal — no monthly reset, nothing to use-or-lose. And it's in writing, not just marketing: if LetterScript were ever discontinued, or your account closed through no fault of your own, we refund what you paid for unused transactions (see the Transaction Credits section of our Terms of Service).
Is my data used to train models?
No. Your documents are encrypted at rest, and they are never used to train AI models — by us or our processing providers. We use enterprise model infrastructure specifically so your data stays yours.
How do I get a receipt?
