Billing lives under your avatar → Billing & Quotas. The Buy transactions button there — or the Purchase tab in the top nav — opens the in-app pricing page.
Buy transactions
Open the pricing page (the Purchase tab in the top nav, or Billing & Quotas → Buy transactions), choose how many transactions you want, and check out. Checkout runs right in the app, takes promo codes, and is secured by Stripe — LetterScript never sees your card details. Transactions don't expire — and that's backed by our terms, not just this page: if LetterScript were ever discontinued, or your account closed through no fault of your own, unused purchased transactions are refunded (see the Transaction Credits section of the Terms of Service). Every purchase emails you a receipt and is saved to Billing history (under Billing & Quotas) for download.
Cards, receipts, and invoices
Everything stays in-app — no trip to an external billing site:
- Update card swaps the card on file for future purchases.
- Billing history lists every purchase and downloads its invoice PDF.
Nothing to cancel
There's no subscription on LetterScript — you buy transactions one at a time, so nothing renews and there's nothing to cancel. Transactions you've bought stay in your balance until you open a deal with them.
